the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, which i did expect.
The elevators were a real problem though. it seemed only one was working, so i waited ages each time i needed one. the room keys gave us trouble too. The doors needed fixing, inconvenient.

The room offered a well-stocked mini fridge. I appreciated the digital thermostat. It maintained a consistent temperature. The bathroom included a rainfall shower and quality toiletries. I found the bed provided restful sleep with soft sheets and supportive pillows.
The gym lacked a full range of heavier dumbbells which limited strength training options.

i liked the hotel and the staff was friendly and helpful. the room was a good size for our group. i liked the facilities like the gym. i got quick access to all the exercise equipment.
the windows in my room didnt shut properly and it was banging all night. it was also noisy outside one night and sounded like a party in the courtyard at 2am.

The hotel's location is very convenient. It is close to Chinatown and Union Square. I found my room spacious. It had a nice view.
The elevators experienced issues . I sometimes waited a few minutes. The coffee machine in the room seemed cheap. The check-in process was not very efficient (I waited longer than expected).
